Local Delivery Service
Orders will be delivered between 1 to 3 business days by a local service within the following locations: Brampton, Burlington, Hamilton, Kitchener / Waterloo / Guelph, London, Niagara, Milton, Oakville, and Toronto (Etobicoke, Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan).

Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

Our standard shipping carrier is Canada Post.

Canada - Regular Parcel
Shipping within Canada is FREE (Regular Parcel).

Orders are typically delivered to your door between 3 to 8 business days (after the shipment date) depending on geographic location.

Canada - Expediated Parcel
Customer may upgrade shipping to Expediated service.

United States - Expedited Parcel
Shipping within the USA is charged at a reduced rate.

Order Tracking
Once the order is prepared, a shipping confirmation email will be sent providing the tracking number in order to check delivery progress online.

We stand by our products and pride ourselves on superior customer satisfaction. We will ensure to always reach a fair resolution to any issue.

Carro Mats includes a 1-year warranty from the purchase date. We will replace the defective product at no charge excluding shipping and delivery charges.

We want to make this process as easy as possible. We'll just need you to answer a few questions and we'll have your replacement on its way.
