SHIPPING METHODS

Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Our standard shipping carrier is Canada Post.

*** Delays may occur in the case of extreme weather or if shipping to remote areas.

Local Delivery Service
Orders will be delivered between 1 to 3 business days by a local service within the following locations:

Brampton, Burlington, Hamilton, Kitchener / Waterloo / Guelph, London, Niagara, Milton, Oakville, and Toronto (Etobicoke, Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan)

Canada - Regular and Expediated Shipping
Shipping within Canada is FREE (Regular Parcel). Customer may upgrade for a fee to shipping with Expediated Parcel. Orders are typically delivered to your door between 3 to 8 business days (after the shipment date) depending on geographic location.

United States - Expedited Shipping
Shipping with the USA is charged at a reduced rate. Delivered to your door approximately between 5 to 7 business days (after shipment date) depending on geographic location.

ORDER STATUS

We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received excluding federal holidays within Canada.

Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days. To receive an update on your order, please email us at info@carromats.ca

If you want to check the delivery status of your order, please use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email.

REPORT ORDER ISSUES

If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please email us as soon as possible.

To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available. We will always do our best to accommodate your concern and resolve the issue.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please be aware, products must be returned in new, unused condition. If an item has been used, a return will not be accepted.

To return an order, please complete a return request under the "Customer Service" section on the menu bar. Once you have submitted a return form, packages must be returned to our warehouse.

Please note we do not reimburse return shipping fees. The refund will be issued within 7 days of receiving your parcel. You will receive an email once the refund is completed.
